Fees and Charges
The Caroline Bay Hall may be used for dances, socials, wedding receptions, events, exhibitions and public meetings.
- Bond – a bond of $750 will be charged for all functions involving alcohol
- Deposit – a deposit of $50.00 is to paid one month prior to your reservation
- Discount – 5% discount for hire of 2 days or more – not including preparation or pack out time
- Hire – 2 hour minimum hire excluding preparation and pack out time
Preparation time – must be arranged at the time of booking and will be charged at one third the normal hire charge. For more about information & fees
