Welcome to McAtamney Gallery and Design Store
Our long-established art gallery has moved to a new location on the Main Street of Geraldine, opposite the Village Inn. We offer a unique collection of original New Zealand art and design in a smaller, boutique space.
This delightful art gallery and design store experience has a diverse collection of contemporary and historical pieces. Landscapes, abstract, figurative and still life paintings grace our walls alongside contemporary jewellery, ceramics and sculpture. Check here for current and upcoming exhibitions.
Contemporary artists represented include Mary Mulholland, Nora Johnson, Richard Bolton, Bernadette Parsons, Denise Fisher, Susanna Izard and Rachel Dewhirst, Brent Forbes, Chris Dunham, Claire Forbes. Printmakers include Rebecca Thomson, Susan Hurrell Fieldes and Sue Connolly.
Our ever changing secondary market include works by Austen Deans, Michel Tuffery, Trevor Moffitt, Colin Wheeler and many more. These historical pieces are increasingly sought after by collectors.
Contemporary jewellery by Debra Fallowfield, sculpture by Stafford Allpress and Zita Waldron, ceramics by Madeleine Child and Nachiko Takahashi, photography by Simon Schollum are all part of the gallery experience.
Located at 40A Talbot Street, Geraldine, the McAtamney Art Gallery & Design Store is run by Carolyn McAtamney-Rasch.
Our works are available on-line, and home consultations are offered by appointment.
