Event Details

The Staying Safe Refresher Driving Course is a free course for older drivers.
It covers a comprehensive review of road rules, road safety and careful driving practices designed to help older people to stay safe and independent on the road.
If you are coming up for a license renewal or maybe someone else does most of the driving because you are not that confident behind the wheel, then this is perfect for you.
It is a free classroom course. There are no driving tests. It will help you re-familiarise yourself with the latest road rules and other transport options to help you keep independent for longer.
Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your safety and independence! Join us for these. Contact Age Concern South Canterbury phone 03 687 7581 or Heartlans Fairlie phone 03 685 8496 to reserve your spot and take the first step towards safe and independent living!
