Excel Refrigeration and Air Conditioning began in 2005 in Hāwera, Aotearoa New Zealand, to fill a gap in industrial refrigeration services. From a small team with big ambitions, we’ve grown into a nationwide group with 11 branches and over 300 staff, including more than 40 apprentices in training.
