Geraldine.nz is an organisation focused solely on the interests of the Geraldine community and businesses, working for the overall success of our Town.
Lying in the folds of the Southern Alps the Geraldine district is a gem. Offering a wonderful village atmosphere, friendly and welcoming locals, and access to great jobs, schools and amenities. It is a fabulous place to bring up children, escape the hustle of city life for a better lifestyle or just simply retire to.
The objective of Geraldine.nz is to develop and promote the Geraldine district, including the rural communities, as a vibrant place in which to live, work, play and stay. This includes all business, cultural, social, recreational, amenities and attractions available in the Geraldine District and surrounding area.
One of Geraldine.nz’s aims is to promote the town and its members both externally and internally.
Geraldine.nz keeps you in touch with news and information, via regular online newsletters and topical emails, as well as keeping you up to date with events happening in our lovely area through our events calendar.
Geraldine.nz is able to represent its membership, speaking with a collective voice and advocating for the membership, on topics of interest or concern to the Community Board, Timaru District Council and other bodies.
