Built in 2004 we are a modern motel and serviced apartment complex in the heart of Temuka, South Canterbury. New owner, Richard Sansbury, took over the business in late 2017 and strives to maintain longstanding relationships and create new ones.
We really are a home away from home!
We’re also only a 10 minute drive to Fonterra /Clandeboye and the Timaru Raceway.
Christchurch Airport is only 2 hours drive away making us a perfect and convenient stopover for tourists visiting our spectacular South Island. Either travelling South or to Lake Tekapo/Mt Cook.
