Established in 2004 by Juelaine and Vanessa Keen with the opening of Sopheze Coffee Lounge in Stafford St.   Sopheze on the Bay event venue at Caroline Bay three years later, followed by their latest success story – Sopheze Espresso Garden in the Mitre 10 Mega centre.

Perfect for any event, wedding, special family or corporate occasions, the historic ‘Caroline Bay Tea Rooms’ has been renovated to provide a premium and magical venue.  With a fully licensed bar and kitchen facilities this venue is unique, allowing you to walk out onto Caroline Bay, one of Timaru’s most popular and varied photographic environments.
