Environmental Awareness Workshop for Early Childhood Educators

Our Waste Minimisation Educators have had the privilege of visiting and engaging with several early childhood centres across the three districts. We’ve seen some fantastic systems and practical activities already in place that encourage environmental awareness among tamariki.

At the same time, we’ve also heard many great questions and a clear call for more ideas, resources, and support.

We warmly invite a staff member—or more—from your centre to attend our upcoming group discussion workshop.

This is a chance to:

Share what’s working in your centre
Learn new ideas from others
Connect and support each other in growing environmental awareness in early childhood settings
Let’s come together to strengthen our collective efforts in nurturing environmentally conscious communities from the very start.
