For those wanting to enjoy a special experience in the South Canterbury region, we invite you to come stargazing with us under the dark skies of rural Geraldine.
The historic Pleasant Valley Hall offers dark and expansive views of the night sky. This venue is like a natural planisphere providing an awesome window into the wonders of our universe.
We start with a short astro chat over supper before taking you on a guided tour through our beautiful night sky. From the comfort of zero-gravity chairs you’ll have an optimal, naked-eye view of the stars above. Remember to dress warm, we have blankets and hot water bottles to keep you snug.
